Could you be more specific? If you're downloading a plug in the instructions should come from who you bought the plug ins from. You can also go to browse in the essential graphics panel and purchase templates from Adobe Stock.

Thank you Rob. My apologies for omitting this detail. I am looking to use Adobe Stock, which seems unresponsive/not appearing with the 2018 Version.
