Adjustment Layer / transition

Has anyone had an issues once creating an adjustment layer than dragging it the timeline. Yet you cannot seem to see it or does not want to appear on the timeline once dragged ?

Make sure that your V1 track target is enabled.

If there is no fist showing when dragging to the timeline I think this might be the problem;
