Hello everyone,
I am contacting you following a problem with my Adobe Premiere Pro 23.2.0. I am using windows 11 pro.
I have crackles in the sound when using my "Focusrite 8i6" external sound card. (I use its headphone output)
I do not encounter this problem on other applications apart from Adobe, ex: Davinci Resolve, Google Chrome, Video Games, VLC.
The problem does not occur if I use the sound card from my motherboard.
I don't know what to do anymore... here is what I already tried before writing to you:
- Update PC drivers
- Disabled the microphone device
- Increase the buffer and adjust the sample rate to the media
- Uninstall windows files, reinstall them then update again
- Update external sound card driver
- Change Helmet
- Use Proxies
- Allocate more ram to premiere pro
I contacted windows and focusrite support and no one has been able to find a solution to this problem yet. Maybe it's my motherboard? it is a card in SSI-EEB format.
Here is my config
Processor: Threadripper pro 16 core, 32 tread
Motherboard: Asus Pro WRX80E SAGE WiFi
Graphics card: Suprim X 3070
RAM: 64 GB 3200 MHz
Main Hard Drive: PCIe 4.0 1 TB (windows 11 + software)
Secondary Hard Drive: PCIe 3.0 4 TB (files)
Thanks to anyone who helps me find a solution.
Good day to you.
