Bonjour, depuis la dernière mise à jour j'ai ce problème dès l'ouverture d'un projet: le logiciel crash et m'indique ce message "Adobe ne dispose plus d'une mémoire système suffisante".
J'ai tenté de solutionner le problème en décochant dans les préférences, média, décodage H264... mais le problème persiste.
Ca tournait plutôt bien avec les versions précédentes.
Ma config:
AMD ryzen 7 3700x
32 go RAM
Nvidia Quadra P2200 (drivers studio à jour)
Windows 10 Famille
Une idée d'où peut provenir le souci et comment le régler ? Peut etre en repassant sur une version précédente ? Merci pour vos réponses !

I tried to send you the premiere pro crash logs but it won't work because .crash isn't allowed by the chat system.

No, UXP logs are of little value to engineering. We would need a crash log or a process sample if you get a hang.

Hi Kevin,
it seems to kind of work again. However, yesterday I was working on after effects and when I opend Premiere at the same time, everything crashed with the message "not enough memory system...". Any ideas of what this is coming from ? Thanks !

Hi Kevin, I'd like somebody to call me or take control of my pc to fix the problem. The problem keeps going on when i open after effects (no footage jsut animation with text and solids) and premiere (full hd only)........
