Adobe Premier Pro 25.0 Video Render and Playback

Hi

Is anybody else experiencing the glitching problem? 

I also can't change the GPU and when trying to import footage to an older version It says I can't?

Any help would be much appreciated as the project is supposed to be out 6pm tonight and I cant put it out like this.
