Adobe premier pro quick export Error 3

Please help. My quick export suddenly won't work and I get an Error 3 code. I have cleared space, and restarted the machine, with no luck. I can publish by going to File/Export- but I did like the Quick Export feature and want to be able to use that again! How can I fix this?

Hello,

Try to use "Software only" instead of hardware encoding.
