Adobe premier view problem

Hello ;

First I install premiere 2020; i have problem so i install new one(pp 2022) and And I still had this problem

when i just preview video in premier file manager just preview not came to time line

it has laggy and continuous forward and backward

I test every problem fix in youtube like media and delet cache and... i think its not about performance idont know what i do its so annoying 

My system is lenovo legion 

I7-8gen

Gtx 1660 ti

Its not just in this video every video i open it

Small longe large short video every video

I have this problem

I am glad you wrote in, but sorry you are having trouble. Your problem sounds very much like a problem with Preferences > Audio Hardware. Try setting the input to "No Input" and see if that works for you. Let me know.
