Adobe premiere 2022-2023 slow playback CPU 100%

Hi, 

I have problem in playback on HD senquence. 

I made a clean windows install only with Adobe instaled but same problem. I tried to use older version of premiere. (2022) . Same problem.

Playback run so laggy and image freeze.

I tried also to install older version of nvidia driver..

The CPU is 100% when i hit playback. 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KF CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

64 GB RAM

Nvida RTX 2080 TI

SSD working.

How to fix this?

If you are using high compressed footage such as drone, phone or game, convert to edit friendly codec or use proxies.

Hi there, few mounths ago I have such problem, for me helps to...
I limited the amount of RAM used, I also played with the render variations, however, I am working on materials shot on a RED camera, and decoding formats via Adobe Encoder on a 720p proxy helped a lot during the raota, I also advise you to clean the cooler, check whether it is correct to lie down on the processor, and it would not hurt to change the thermal paste if of course this has not been done for a year
