Since i subscribed to creative cloud and installed adobe premiere, on play back of the video its completly freezing and the video play keeps sliding back, i have downgraded the version to Adobe Premiere 2022 instead of 2023, but typically the same problem exists, every time i have to export the video to preview it smoothly.
Kindly i need a help solving this issue ASAP
Without more detail about your system, media sources and workflow, it will be difficult to work this out on a user to user forum. Without more detail, my first guess is that your graphics card driver is not up to date.

- Media used : images 4K (.png) with ar 16:9 & Audio (.mp3)
The processor is too weak for Premier Pro.
There is not enough RAM.
