We own our Adobe Premiere CS5 and Adobe Encore CS5 programs. They suddenly stopped working with an immediate message "transcode failed." Could we re-install the programs? Our old email address is no longer available.
Our original Adobe Premier CS5 and Encore CS5 were installed to the old email address. If we can re-install or temporarily somehow use Adobe Premiere CS5, can you reinstall it to our current email address? If so, how? Thank you. Allan and Joan Button, two 82 year old senior citizens with limited memories and limited technical understanding.

But you have now set yourself wide open for FAKE ADOBE people to contact you.
Trust NOBODY, or your problems may get very bad indeed. Especially, nobody will ask for any personal info, credit card etc.
