I have a problem with my Adobe Premiere, because when i try to import a video in it, it only imports the first two minutes, this problem is delaying me a lot and i need to solve it fast.

Hard to give a precise answer without knowing more about it - as others have asked - but there are some sources of media that can be pretty unreliable: social media sites, some YT or stream downloads, etc., and the solve can sometimes be a simple Remux/Rewrap with something like Shutter Encoder to get fresh metadata that Premiere can read properly.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Update: I found out that it was my Screen Recorder that recorded things a little "broken", the good news is that I will only have to re-record small parts with another Screen Recorder.
