Adobe Premiere is not able to read brawl files. Have Blackmagic RAW installed

Hello all,

Premiere isn't able to read brawl files. I get this error anytime I launch the project. I have Blackmagic RAW installed on my Macbook Pro. It can read files in preview fine. Any idea how to fix this?

Just for confirmation. Here is the RAW installed in my Applications folder.

I think you have the BRAW "reader" installed on your computer,

You need the BRAW plugin for Premiere instead. It's also free, but in my experience with years of BRAW, worth exactly what you pay for it. (Frequent issues. Reinstalls and such needed.)

Autokroma makes a BRAW plugin also, both free and paid versions. The paid doesn't cost much and has many benefits, like the presets.

Also ... Autokroma has better support for the freebie BlackMagic plugin than BlackMagic does, so check their website for quite a few articles on working with BRAW plugins.
