Salut! moi c'est Kwalay

je  me suis procurer un nouveau laptop Asus Vivobook i7 16G Ram et iris Xe Graphics. mais je n'arrive pas à travailler sur adobe premiere pro. dès que j'ouvre le programme et importe les fichier, la fonction play joue, mais apres la synchronisation..play ne fonctionne plus. J'ai meme essayé de produire la video, l'encodage reste à 0% pendant longtemps et pour la deuxieme fois, cest allé jusqu'à 23% plus rien... je ne sais pas quoi faire. Aidez moi  merci

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. 

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
