Hello,
I use Adobe Premier pro 2017 version 11.1.2 (22) build to edit .DV footage. This is the last available version that works with .DV footage, and I am in the middle of a large project I have been working on for years that requires me to use this version. I recently purchased a new computer and have been trying everything I can to get this version to run on my new computer. I have had this software for awhile and origionally downloaded it throught the creative cloud app when it was still available. I copied my old drive onto a new SSD and put that into my new computer to bring the software over, but I have encountered an issue that seems unsolvable as I have been trying every fix this issue for days and nothing is working 😞 I have tried to update/downgrade graphics drivers to more suitable versions, reinstall adobe premiere 2017, reinstall operating system ect. Nothing works and there are no solutions listed online. It is not an option for me to use a different version of premiere.
When I launch premiere, the splash screen loads and the window appears. It displays "loading audio-plugins 0%" then crashes. It appears there is an issue with plugplug.dll however I have been unable to find plugplug.dll version 7.0.0.30 online to try to download/replace the one I have.
