Impossible de démarrer Premiere Pro depuis la dernière mise à jour, malgré une désinstallation "propre" en suivant le protocole Adobe, avec Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner. Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostic annonce une machine parfaitement compatible, avec le driver NVIDIA à jour et la bonne version du système d'exploitation, pas de plug-in externe qui pourrait planter le système.

A clean install using the Cleaner is pretty much the needed steps. It sounds like you are on a pc? Win10?11?
Maybe try again after you do the below:
Delete your cache files as follows. (Close Premiere Pro)
The files are located here, Paste the whole line below into File Explorer:
%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
Simply delete the three folders:
•• Media Cache
•• Media Cache Files
•• Peak Files
Premiere Pro will automatically create the folders and files it needs as you edit. I do this before every upgrade. And/or if things seem to go strange. I also keep a desktop shortcut to this folder for quick access.

All of thos things have be done.
As a professionnal working everyday, I cannot waiste my time. I have downgraded with a version that works.
Waiting an operationnal version apperouved by users' community.
