Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 Wont open Premiere Pro templates

Hi, 

I have been trying to create a video, using template(s) (whichever one I could get to work, none so far), and absolutly nothing happens. If I try to create a project and save it, I then can return to the project as it opens right up. 

The templates have come from Adobe, Envato and I even tried another free template online...none work. The Adobe After Effects templates work fine, coming from the same places. Please help this is time sensitive.

Create a new project and import the template project into it.

Thank you, but this doesnt work. When I try to import, the help video (mp4) is all that is visible. The only other format seen is the After Effects ones. I manually selected the import option from the file menu, and the same thing...nothing. I've been using Adobe for over a decade, mostly photshop but nonetheless no issues like this. Any other suggestions?

Also, unistalled the program, re-installed it and the same thing. So frustrating...

Try resetting the preferences:

Thank you, but still nothing. Very unfortunate, when I try to import a Preimere file, the MOGRT files are not visible. If I search my folders manually they all appear

Mogrts are not project files.

Create a new project and then import the mogrt.
