Adobe Premiere Pro Audio Previews - Location

Hi,

Where can I set the location of Adobe Premiere Pro Audio Previews. I noticed that I had 3GB hidden away and would prefer that folder be in a place of my choosing.

Project Settings > Scratch Disks.

I was hoping it would not be on a per project basis. Will I need to set the
location in every project or will Premiere remember the location going
forward?

Once set, it will remember for all projects if you do not change them.
