Adobe Premiere Pro.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer.

Je vous sollicite car venant d’acheter la suite Adobe, Premiere Pro charge puis m’affiche un simple message d’erreur me disant que PP doit fermer sans me dire pourquoi il a planté.

Bonjour, Premier Pro plante au moment de s’ouvrir. J’ai regardé partout sur
internet, mais je n’ai pas trouvé de réponse…

Le problème est que le rapport ne m’indique pas la source du problème. J’ai
déjà essayé de réinstaller Premiere Pro mais cela ne change rien… J’ai
acheté la suite Adobe aujourd’hui et je ne peux pas utiliser le logiciel.

En revanche, les autres programmes comme MediaEncoder et Photoshop
fonctionnent parfaitement… Mais Première Pro refuse de s’exécuter
correctement.

Par pitié, trouvez-moi une solution car je crois que j’ai déjà fais le tour
d’un bon nombre de solutions…

Hi,
Sorry. I was hoping to get information on your computer system. Can you tell me anything about your setup? While launching, does the splash screen hang up on any of the loading processes? Do you have any third-party plug-ins installed? You can reset the preferences by pressing the Alt key on starting Premiere Pro. That can help. Have you tried that yet? Do you have the latest GPU drivers installed? Let me know.
