Adobe Premiere Pro.exe-System error

When I start Premiere pro I get this : "The code execution cannot proceed because msvcr110.dell was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe premiere. Also I downloaded and extracted the MSVCR110.dll file and copied to c/windows/ system32 and to  c/windows/sysWOW64. also I uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable 10.0.4 and  microsoft visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributable 10.0.4. Anyone has any idea on how to solve this problem? Never mind. All of sudden it fixed itself.

Same problem here. Tried uninstalling premiere, creative cloud, cleaning registry, restarting and reinstall. Nothing.

Tried to find the redist in the coresync folder but it doesn't exist.

Update Windows and get the latest Visual C++ runtime.
