Hello Team,
Could you help me regarding Adobe Premiere Pro hanging issue.
It is getting hang after working sometime, the display goes blank (Black) and display comes back after 1 or 2 minute. After that other apps work fine except Adobe premiere. All their window screen of the software goes black and don't work till the time I don't restart the software.

Note: I have performed the below steps but no luck.

> Updated its version
> Deleted Media cache, system temp files
> Updated & roll back graphics driver
> Reset preferences
> Created a new project to check if any issue with file or not

> Checked on other system as well with same configuration
> Changed timeline preview video to 1/2, 1/4
> RAM allocated for Premiere Pro 26GB ot of 32GB

Hi aman_4641,

Sorry to hear about this. Is it crashing while doing anything specific in Premiere Pro, or is it random? Let us know the specifications of the media you are working with (format, frame rate & frame size) & if you have third-party plugins/effects installed. Also, let us know the GPU that you are using & its driver version. We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Sumeet

LATEST

Thanks for the details. Please try installing the latest RTX driver from NVIDIA & the latest Intel drivers for UHD 770. For testing purposes, please try temporarily disconnecting control surfaces & disabling third-party plugins to see if it's working properly. Also, if required, you can always download the previous version of Premiere Pro from Creative Cloud Desktop app.
