There are two problems I'm dealing with.
1. I have a project that I always save multiple times before closing the app. However, whenever I open Adobe Creative Cloud on my computer, open Premiere Pro, and open the project, it shows my progress before I saved it/it shows the project before I started working on it.
2. (This one is for every project I have.) Sometimes when I am editing a project, the video's visuals will freeze, and the blue play line (unsure what it's called) also freezes. The only way I can fix that is to exit Premiere Pro and open it back up, which causes the first problem I listed.
