Adobe Profile setting which changes default preferences when on a new device?

TLDR below

I know a lot of schools have Adobe engrained into their cirriculum, like mine. I use Premiere Pro often, but often on a new device each time since there are hundreds of computers with it installed at my school.

Every new device launch Premiere assumes I'm on the "learning" workspace, and subsequently I have to go to Windows - Workspace - All Panels, every time.

Is there a way to make a panel default option for my account across all devices? I mean, I have to log in every time already. I couldn't find a preferences option relating to this in my Adobe account or on Premiere Pro, so I assume this is not a feature.

TLDR Is there an Adobe profile setting which changes which layout is default when logging onto a new device for premiere pro? Is there a way to save a 'new' default set of preferences on the cloud for all devices with new logins? I can see this being extremely beneficial to students. It would save me probably close to an hour every 50 days.

Thanks for your time,

-Xavier

Make your own worksapce, save it as such and set it at the top of the workspace list so it shows up in the right hand top corner. > one click and done.
