We have a brand new look! Take a tour with us and explore the latest updates on Adobe Support Community.
I can no longer open adobe first, after effect, medie encoder! An error message is displayed. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll could not be found.
Reinstalling the program may correct this problem. I uninstalled the entire creative cloud suite. I restarted and then reinstalled adobe creative cloud and the adobe software. But it still doesn't work!
Before the software worked fine! Do you have a solution ? Thank you
That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
-or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
I have same issue. The solution you provided did not work. 😞
I am having the same issue and it has completely stopped all my work (and I am on deadline). I too have reinstalled everyting. And done all the suggestions of John T. Though not really sure the links are relevant?
There is apparently no solution. We now have worthless software.
If you get it fixed PLEASE post how you did it. Thanks.
Same issue. Found vcredist_x64.exe on my system for reinstalling. Reinstall ran fine, but still none of my Adobe apps work. Same error message. Grrrrrrrrr.
I got mine fixed. Ugh. Thank God. Here is where I found the help I needed.
I follow the instruction and link in step one. And it worked!. Whew.
Hope you get it working too.
Yes!!! That fixed my problem, also. Many thanks!
