I license and download a MoGrT from Adobe Stock in my Essential Graphics panel. I get the blue checkmark. When I drag it from the panel to my timeline, I get an error message that says, "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." It does this each time.
When I go to the Adobe Stock website and attempt to "Save To Library" with the same MoGrT, the website gives me a red alert at the bottom of the page, indicating "Something went wrong. The action could not be completed."
The only solution I have at the moment is to manually download and import the .mogrt.
Can anyone help me solve this?

This indicates that you are not able to download items from Adobe Stock, which could be due to a variety of reasons. For example, the Stock service could be down, or a poor/intermittent internet connection could be at play. Ann is correct that the Stock forum might be a good place to check from problems like that.
