After Effects template error sizing when put into premiere pro

I am creating a video for work. I was supplied a template that I edited in After Effects and it all looks correct there, but when I go to add the file into Premiere Pro only a fraction of the video shows. I have tried searching online for answers, but nothing is helping. Both frames are the same size, the scale feature doesn't fix it, and I've started over from scratch twice. Attached is a screenshot of how the .mogrt file is displaying in premiere pro and even when I export it. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this. The template directions are also no help. I'm not sure where it came from as I was given the file by my boss.

Hi there! I suggest you post this on either the After Effects forum or the Premiere Pro forum. This one is for Illustrator, so you might have a harder time getting an answer here 🙂 Thanks!

I didn't realize I accidentally put it in the Illustrator forum, thanks!
