after updated to v24.1, the top layer can not cover the lower layers in output!!!!!!!! URGENT!!!!!!

after updated to v24.1, the top layer can not cover the lower layers in outputy and  captured frame,  pleaes help to sol;ve this issue, thank a lot.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same.
