Estou com problemas na hora de renderizar um arquivo, após algumas horas de exportação apresenta um erro e não conclui. Alguém sabe o que posso fazer?
first, please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card, source properties and sequence settings. You can mark and in and out and render sections of your timeline to find exactly where the problem exists. Could be a corrupt clip, something wonky in an applied effect, or a corruption in sequence. One simple troubleshooting step for the last cause is to create a new sequence with the same settings, and select all in the problematic sequence, copy, make the new sequence active and paste...
Estou com a versão 2020 do Premiere, RAM 8GB, vou realizar essa orientação que foi passada de criar uma nova sequencia...
O erro que aparece é esse:
First, please give us all the info requested. If you have any questions about what we're looking for, post back.
For example, are you on a mac or a windows machine and if so, what version of the operating system are you running? And 8 gigs of RAM is not ideal, particularly if you're dealing with 4K material...
Although it's not easy to troubleshoot over a distance, I'm sure we can figure out what's going wrong if we approach it in a systematic thorough fashion...
Estou em uma máquina Windows 11, versão 21H2, caso essa informação seja importante também utilizo um HD externo para ter mais capacidade de armazenamento.
source properties and sequence settings? select a clip in the project or in the timeline, right click and choose properties. Make the timeline active or select the sequence in the project and go to the sequence menu: sequence settings. you'll have to do some research to find out what graphics card you have in your computer... You can also make sure your system meets hardware requirements for premiere
And any reason why you're working in Premiere 2020 instead of updating to Premiere 2022?
Placa gráfica: NVIDIA GeForce MX110 GDDR5 2GB
As propriedas da sequencia estão da seguinte maneira:
Origem da sequencia:
as I said earlier, 8 gigs is insufficient for editing 4k material... You should try a proxy workflow in which you work with a lower resolution placeholder...
And any of your sources from an iphone or other smartphone? if so, the issue may be caused by variable frame rates... Here's how to confirm the diagnosis and work around it.
use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate setting the quality slider in the video panel to maximum
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
and make sure you have the latest studio driver for your nvidia card... Do not use the game driver. It can cause problems.
