Allow my colleague to adjust subtitles

Participant ,

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro to create captions/subtitles in my videos. I have a colleague that gives me changes to the subtitles that I then fix on my own. But I'm wondering if there's a way I could give my colleague access to the Premiere Pro timeline directly so that they could change the subtitles on their own. With our without having Premiere Pro on their computer. Is this possible?

Maybe you just export the titles as srt files.

Srt files can also played with external players like VCL player. And they are just text files, so you can edit them with any text editor (just make sure to do not edit the timing infos).
