Alt + Drag duplicate not working because of new fx button

Actually, this even keeps you from dragging clips on the timeline normally. Very frustrating.

What if you clicked left of the FX button, not making it highlight.

If you don't use the FX button, you can turn it off under the wrench.

Do not click on the FX button but rather on the left side of the button.
