Am I really not able to select a thumbnail for exported video In Premiere Pro?

Ive been very frustrated trying to find a way to select a final thumbnail/preview image for exported videos. does anyone have an easy answer for this?

Premiere Pro can't do that.  You can choose that in your media player if you use VLC.

Gotcha.  I spent so much time feeling stupid and assuming that such an advanced program would be able to do something as simple as that.  I never thought to use VLC.  Thanks for the help.
