anteprima e esportazione

La mia anteprima è tutta verde con delle linee, non funziona l'esportazione nemmeno con media encoder. in pratica non posso più usare premere pro. da cosa può dipendere? (ho già svuotato la cache e disinstallato e reinstallato e aggiornato il sistema operativo mac os big sur 11.7)

Green means issue with the GPU.

Turn MPE hardware to software only.

and give your files a normal name instead of the ridiculous amount of numbers (guessing these files are downloaded from the internet)

We're sorry about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, would you mind disabling hardware accelerated decoding & encoding under Preferences > Media & check if it's restoring the preview? Also, let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & the media specifications.
