any one have experience in "export" error with premiere cc2018?

good day to all,

I've updated premiere cc2018 at the last version 12.1.1 and when i've launched the first time the application appears the red triangle with the following message:  a low-level exceptio occure in:(exporter). And now the message appeare always.

Is there any possibility to fix this error?

I'm using windows 7 64 bit and Nvidia quadro M4000.

Does the red triangle appear when you open a specific project?

If linked to one project file, try the following:

- Create a new project.

- Import the project in to this new file.

- Double click the sequence in that has imported.

That has fixed the problem for some. Hope it helps you.
