Any plugin recommendations for blurring sensitive information (texts)?

I have a lot of videos with moving texts like (scrolling especially) sensitive information to blur out and it takes up a lot of time to key frame it with a blur mask. Is there a better way or plugin to help with that? Much appreciated to any recommendations.

If you want to stay in Premiere as much as possible, something like Mocha Pro from BorisFX is probably your best bet, however you will still need to roundtrip from Premiere to the Mocha UI and back to Premiere, but the good thing is you don't need to export / import media back and forth it all lives in the plugin.

A lot of the time people do these sorts of paint and roto cleanup in other apps that come with better trackers like After Effects or Resolve.

Edit: I've tried the built in tracker in Premiere itself but it doesn't work as well as I'd like it to, especially when the text moves.

This is about the best Adobe community comment I've gotten haha. That's what I found also–Mocha Pro. Expensive but quite good when I tried it. Will try Resolve in time to come. Thank you~
