This is a bit of a long shot, but I've been given footage with screens filmed in it that have horrible flickering due to being shot at a different shutter speed.
Is there any way to fix/lessen this effect in post?

Tried a few different options in After Effects (see some linked below).
None were great, but could save a few seconds of your shots, here and there on the more static shots.
Cheapest/easiest option is take the shots into After Effects and apply the 'CC wide time' plugin. The default settings will reduce the flickering.
Purchase plugins:
RevisionFX DEFlicker High Speed does a better job and Boris BCC Flicker Fixer does an OK job.
(Both available in After Effects and Premiere Pro).
Digital Anarchy's Deflicker might also work but I did not have time to test.
None of the above methods will look that good when your camera is moving or shakey. All only do an 'OK' job. Don't expect miracles 😞

You're right, they're not perfect, but even the slight improvement will help so thanks for clueing me in to these effects.
