App keeps crashing!!

I'm working on a certain clip and I'm adding CC but the app keeps CRASHING!! 

I do not know what to do as I've tried to restart my MacBook Pro M1 and all but it keeps on force quitting. 
Any tips on what to do?

I can't even open the file now. It just keeps prompting the same error

Find an auto save or backup project.

I have a back up but I can't even use the app with any file

Start a new project and import old one.

Trash preferences

Trash media cache.

Or reinstall using cleaner tool.
