Application Memory Issue 2022

I'm trying to edit a video but it keeps telling me that my application memory is full and to fource quit Premier Pro. Can anyone help with this issue?

That's basic information about your computer ... the operating system (Mac/PC?) .... the CPU, RAM, and GPU used are in the specs for the computer.
