Applied LUT switches again

That one is weird (Premiere Pro CC 2022, Mac OS X):

1) whole (Stalman) Canon LUT package installed in Library/AppSup/Adobe/Commons/LUTs/TechnLUT/Log to Rec709 :white_heavy_check_mark:

2) whole LUT package appears in Premiere's Basic Correction LUT tab :white_heavy_check_mark:

3) I select a one LUT from the package in the dropdown menu :white_heavy_check_mark:

4) a different LUT from the package is shown to be selected AND applied :cross_mark:

what's going on there?

Thank you for your reply.

I put them in exactly those folders. They are shown in the Basic Correction drop down tab/menu. Only when I select one LUT from the package, another one gets selected and applied. 

That doesn't happen with other LUTs. I checked the LUT .cube files, no problem in syntax or file.
