ARABIC TEXT PROBLEM IN PREMIER PRO 2020

HI THERE.

 THIS IS SALMAN. I STARTED USING PREMIER PRO AND I WANTED TO ADD ARABIC TEXT ONTO THE VIDEO, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO DO IT. THE ARABIC TEXT DOESN'T SHOW INSTEAD BOXES MARKED X APPEAR. AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE IMAGE.

 

I HAVE TRIED THE ARABIC KEYBOARD SITES. COPIED AND PASTED BUT PROBLEM REMAINS (IMAGE ALSO ATTACHED).

 

KINDLY HELP.

 

I USE PREMIER PRO 2020

Hi Salman have you solved your problem yet?

 

You are supposed to go to preferences then graphics and choose south asian and middle eastern text engine. Then you need to pick the paragraph obviously right to left as thats how we write in arabic.

 

Once you do this restart it and make sure you use a font that works with arabic so that you can actually make complete words.

Not sure how to delete my old post but I have found the solution for you.

If you have south asian and middl easter enabled and its not working it means that you have the english only version installed. In order to install the correct version:

1- go to your creative cloud panel

2. click on your profile icon on top right

3. on apps tab scroll down to installing

4. default install language should be English يدعم العربية

5. once you do so the program will automaticall make you download and install all the apps again.

This will defnitely solve your problem.
