Are there Compatibility Issues with Premiere Pro FRAME.io and Windows 11 Pro

I seem to be having a lot of issues with Premiere Pro in the Review TAB with FRAME.IO.

 

When running frame.io in review after about 5-10 minutes my PC freezes.  You only hear the audio and shortly thereafter the audio stops, the whole computer freezes and at times I receive a blue screen error.

 

My IT technician found that if you try to minimize premiere pro when frame.io is playing the same problem occurs immediately.  

 

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

 

Is there a 12 generation CUP and Win 11 Pro comptability issue that someone else has detected?

Adobe technical support are you available as this question has been opened for quite a while and it is very hard to speak to technical support.  Why do we pay so much on Monthly fee subscription when support has a latency of over 18 days.  

 

Not acceptable adobe.  Please ADOBE technicians help.
