Dear Cominity,
we are creating online lectures (which last about 1 hour each) with Premiere 14.9. Sometimes there are several external soundfiles (mp3) in use. After the cut we did the export to mp4 and everything was fine.
Since we installed the lastest Version of Premiere (22) the sound is asynchronous after the export of our mp4 videos. We changed nothing...
Even when we only use the camera files, the export is asynchronous. We tried to convert the soundtrack, but the result remains bad.
But: When we put the asynchronous mp4 in 14.9 to be exported to a new mp4, the result is fine. So we are lucky, that we still can use the version 14.9.
Are we doing something wrong?
