Audio pops and crackles on Premiere Pro timeline - Exports are fine

I've tried the solutions in this thread: checking that the audio driver is the same in Premiere and Audition, but it didn't solve my issue.

There is no issue with audio after exporting, but editing the video is a painful affair.

Attatching a screenshot of my audio hardware settings.

Any idea why this happens?

Hi Urda23011044qmtb,

We're sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific media type/project or all of them? Also, let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & the system specs.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hi,

This is happening to all media types/projects. I am using Premiere Pro 22.4.0 (build 57) on Windows 10 and a HP Elitebook laptop.
