Audio Distortion from IGTV video

I downloaded a video from IGTV.  It sounds/looks just fine when played from the direct download.

When I inport to Premiere, the audio is VERY VERY VERY slow and deep (and totally not understandable).

Is there a better way to import IGTV videos?  Settings to change?

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

I'm facing this issue too in premiere pro 2022. Is there any settings for making it ok? I don't want to convert it twice
