Hi all, wondering if anyone can help...... lately when playing back clips on timeline or in preview monitor after about 4 seconds the audio drops out
This has happened on multiple different scenarios
Scenario 1) Stock footage clip, music track, voiceover track - after a few seconds audio drops out, hit spacebar then hit it again it comes back on
Scenario 2) BMPCC footage - with synced audio (audio was recorded through seinheisser g4 into zoomf4 recorder and then put directly in to camera) again after 4 seconds audio drops out
Scenario 3) SONY A7III footage only - audio recorded Seinheisser G4 into zoom f4 recorder - synced in premiere - clips merged - merged clips placed on timeline and audio drops out again after 4 seconds
All above problems are solved by hitting spacebar and than carrying on ....I have checked sequence settings and they all seem to match the sample rates
The computer has good specs 128GB ram / Processor AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12 Core processor / GEFORCE RTX 2080 ti / Audio is the onboard NVIDIA HD Audio (C24F390)
Any help greatly appreicated ...every 4 seconds is ruining my life

Hey Adrian, I never found a solution but when I updated premiere this problem no longer exists. Which version of premiere are you using. Do you have sequence settings available and machine specs? can try and run same on my machine now and see if occurs
