Audio files out of sync in trim and sharing project

Hi, when sharing a trim of a project with audio tracks, sometimes certain mp3 files are not rendered or imported properly, they seem to capture of different section of the track and are moved along within the cut to another section. Images attached i think are self explanatory. Any idea of what is happening, there doesnt appear to be any error mesages either.
