Audio normalisation effect tab crashing export directly out of PP

Audio normalisation filter in effects tab is crashing video export on PP24.1.0 when directly exporting from PP

i have tried all the avenues to stop this happening preferences/cache/reboot/using AME/etc and nothing is working. Can someone please address this bug?

Hey Red,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you using the Audio Gain window for audio normalization (press the G key)? Could you share your workflow for normalizing audio? If possible, please also share a screen recording of the issue. That will help us better understand the problem.

It is literally ticking the audio normalisation filter in the effects panel at export.

strangely it works on an h264 codec but if I use a broadcast standard codec like mxf it gives me the above pictured  error

Yes I do use audio gain as my method of normalising audio as I edit
