Audio not exported (partially) when Audio Track Mixer has effects

So I have a very extrange issue with the audio.

I am using Adobe premiere pro V 23.1.0 on Windows 10.

Everything works perfect, I added some effects in the Audio track as noise cancellation and others. All work fine while editing. 

When I export it, the audio track 1, the one with the effects, have some parts with no sound, some other yes.

I tried to export in many formats but no sucess so far.

What it is more interesting: With the same settings, if I export Only the audio, (and video is unselected), audio sounds perfect.

The solution in the meantime have been, export only the audio, silence all tracks and add the audio in the track 7 (a new one)

Do you have any idea wht this is happening and how solve it?
