Audio present in timeline and export preview, but not in exported file

Having an issue where my exported files have no audio whatsoever. Audio is present in timeline while editing and in the export preview window, but not in the exported file. I'm using Premiere 2023 on an M1 Max Macbook Pro running Monterey.

Audio was recorded externally onto a Zoom H4n, while video was shot on two seperate Sony cameras (an FX3 and A9 to be specific). When I export using the "in-camera" audio, the audio is present in the export. When I delete the "in-camera" audio and replace it with the H4n audio, then try to export, no audio is present.

H4n audio properties:

Sequence properties:

To add, when I try to change the sample rate in export from 48000 Hz to 44100 Hz (to match the H4n audio file), I still get no audio.

These are my export settings:

Also, when I change the sequence settings from 48000 Hz to 44100 Hz, then try to export, I get this error:

Lastly, when I leave the original "in camera" audio on audio track 1, then put the H4n audio on audio track 2, then export, I get audio from the "in camera" but not from the H4n.

This has never happened to me before. I've used my own H4n for external audio before with no problems whatsoever. Granted, for this shoot, I was with a Sound Recordist I've never worked with who used his own H4n to record the audio.

Is there anyone having this same issue? Any possible fixes? Thanks y'all!

Might want to convert the mp3 to wave and set it to 48.000 kHz.

This 100% fixed it, thanks Ann! Seemed simple, just goes to show I have a lot to learn.
