Audio transcription shows Spam text

Hey,  the audio file that I want to transcribe shows Spam in the transcription. See image. If I transcribe the same file in another transcription program outside of Premiere it is no problem.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Please go to Premiere Pro > Settings > Transcription and share a screenshot of that window here. Please also share your current Premiere Pro version and mention the language of the source audio. These details will help us better understand the problem.
