Audio volume different in playback and exported

Hey, so I have a kind of a weird problem. When I am editing the video I balance every sfx perfectly but then when I export, the main audio is alright but the sfx is quieter than in playback. I am happy to provide everything you need. My pc is intel core i9 13th gen I think and rtx 3070ti, 32gb ram ddr4. Hope we can find a solution to this.

If you import the file back into Premiere, is the audio the same or different.
