i have this bug many times.
i guess it just bug affect on display and it do not harm to export result...
but i wonder why this bug happen...?
as you can see my attatched capture video.
there is actually no sounds but it display some kind of wave form. that is ghost.
when i get zoom in timeline, there is no actual sound and no wave form. that is the correct.
This is a case where the peak file (the little file on disk that contains the drawing of the audio data) is wrong. Somehow the wrong peak file was associated with that file on disk. The easier way to fix this issue is to close any premiere projects, then go to "Preferences>Media Cache>Media Cache Files>Remove Media Cache Files: Delete"
In the dialog that opens select the "Delete all media cache files (requires restart)".
i did try this. all project shut down, and home screen... and delete all cache. but it can not fix. it still display wrong wave form... annoying. is there another way?
That might mean that you have "Preferences> Media Cache>Media Cache Files>Save .cfa and .pek media cache files next to original media files when possible..." checked on.
If you do have that checked on, you will need to look in the location of the source file, and delete the .pek file you find next to the original file.
El detalle es simple, cierra premiere; borra tu cache de medios y reinicia Premiere, eso soluciona tu problema.
Yes, that is another way to clear your Media Cache.
